About Vespasian 50 Project

The residential building with a height of S+P+2E+3R, equipped with a Thyssenkrupp elevator, is scheduled for completion in December 2025.

The project includes 20 housing units:

  • Exterior joinery will be Reynaers Aluminium with triplex glass (44mm, 3 sheets, 4 seasons).

  • Exterior railings will be made of 2 sheets of tempered glass.

  • Exterior floating tiles on terraces.
