TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
The building’s structural strength is framed with columns, beams and reinforced concrete slabs designed for an 8.5 anti-seismic Richter scale grade.
The interior walls are made of 30 cm thick brick, and thermally insulated with 10 cm thick basalt wool.
Terraces, balconies and exterior walls are waterproof and thermally insulated with thermo-concrete and a 10 cm layer of expanded polystyrene, finished with decorative plaster and natural stone in the common areas.
